Business Improvement Loans
nterest Free Business Improvement Loans of up to $10,000 are now available through Community Futures Alberta Southwest. Loans between $1,000 and $10,000 with terms between 1- 3 years can be applied for by contacting Randy Kleist, Community Futures Loans Manager at 1-800-565-4418. Loan interest paid by your local Municipality and Claresholm & District Chamber of Commerce. Examples of eligible improvements include: signage for the business, repair or replacement of storefront windows and doors, removal and disposal of broken signage and fixtures…a full listing can be found on the brochure.
